How To Reuse & Recycle Our Airless Pumps

The Balance

There are currently 2 options (more on the way!) that we recommend if you want to use the packaging in the most sustainable way:

Option 1 : Recycle

Disassemble the packaging 

1. Hold the bottle horizontally
2. 'Crack' the bottle open between the white top and transparent tube
3. Pull the pump and white inner tube away from the transparent outer tube
4. Twist the pump off of the white inner tube
5. Rinse out the white inner tube to remove product residue
6. Recycle the white inner tube and transparent outer tube
7. Dispose of the pump
8. If you want to recycle the pump you will have to dismantle it into each of its individual components 

Option 2 : Reuse

Disassemble the packaging 

1. Hold the bottle horizontally
2. 'Crack' the bottle open between the white top and transparent tube
3. Pull the pump and white inner tube away from the transparent outer tube
4. Twist the pump off of the white inner tube
5. Rinse out the white inner tube and sterilise to prevent contamination
6. Fill the white inner tube with product of choice
7. Twist the pump back on to the white inner tube
8. Slide the white inner tube back into the transparent outer tube
9. Line the notches of the outer tube with the nodules on the pump and press to click back into place
