The patches can be used without fear of reaction to your skin or product that you team them up with as the silicone is inert (chemically inactive).

The Balance: Gently pat a pine nut sized amount to clean slightly damp skin and let it sit for 10-20 seconds while it becomes a smidge tacky.

When you've had enough (20min is a decent amount of time), peel them away and give them a gentle wash, pat dry and store them for next time!
